30 MPH Upstream on a river! No motor, no boat. Earth Powered. Skateboarding on a river?

Riverboarding is an exciting new board sport that is fun for all ages! Riverboarding has already won the award for Best New Sporting Goods Product of the Year at the world’s largest sporting goods trade show (ISPO) and has been featured in top publications, including the NY Times and the front page of the Wall Street Journal!
Riverboarders ride small surfboard/skimboard-style boards on fast-moving rivers with smooth surfaces. The magic lies in the bungee system: by harnessing the river's current, the bungee stretches and stores energy, launching riders upstream at speeds of 30+ mph. Experienced riders perform jaw-dropping tricks—imagine skateboarding stunts but on water, shooting upstream!
When the ride is done, the process is simple:
Float back downstream.
Hook your board to the bungee.
Stretch the bungee using the river’s current.
Get ready to ride again!

This sport is still emerging globally and is sometimes called Bungee Surfing, Bungee Riverboarding or just Riverboarding, much like how snowboarding once had different names.
